💍 Vendor Information & Booth Options
The Forever in Love: Des Moines Bridal Show connects wedding vendors with engaged couples who are actively planning and ready to book. This event is designed to create meaningful, face-to-face connections in a fun, organized, and high-energy environment.
This is our 4th bridal show, and we consistently welcome 380–400+ attendees at each event, with guests frequently lining up outside before doors open. Our shows attract engaged couples, bridal parties, and wedding decision-makers who are excited, intentional, and ready to connect with the best in the industry—aka you.
This year’s show will be held on Sunday, April 19th at the Saints Center in Stuart, Iowa from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Stuart is approximately 25 minutes from West Des Moines, making this a convenient destination for couples and vendors alike.
Booth Options:
Returning Vendor 10x5 $300: Includes a 10×5 booth space with pipe & drape and vendor listing on event promotions.
10×5 Booth — $350 Includes a 10×5 booth space with pipe & drape and vendor listing on event promotions.
10×10 Booth — $400 Includes a full 10×10 booth space with pipe & drape, black linen-covered table, and vendor listing on event promotions.
10x15 Booth- $1000- Includes all items listed before, logo printed on promotional materials. Includes power, table & chairs and vendor spotlight interview.
Add-Ons:
Electrical Power — $50 (limited availability)
Additional Table + 2 Chairs — $30
Featured Booth — $450 (10×10 only, limited to 2 vendors) Includes prime placement, power, and featured vendor social media spotlight.
Vendor Spotlight Interview — $75 Includes a 5-minute on-stage interview with the MC for added brand exposure.
Swag Bags:

Swag bags will be provided to the first 100 brides or grooms in attendance.

Swag bags are limited to one per bride or groom, while supplies last.

Vendors are welcome to contribute promotional items for swag bags at no additional charge (vendor provides items).
Giveaways:

Giveaways will take place every 30 minutes throughout the event.

Vendors may contribute a giveaway item for stage drawings. If you would like to participate, please let us know.

Vendors are also welcome to host their own giveaways at their booth during the show.
Vendor Lead Information:
Vendors will receive Eventbrite registration information for all attendees within 30 days following show completion, allowing for post-event follow-up with opted-in attendees.

Booth spaces are limited and secured on a first-paid basis.

Vendors must provide their own display materials and décor beyond the provided table and linens.

Invoices must be paid within 15 days to secure your booth. Unpaid invoices may be released due to high demand.

This is a curated bridal show. The event organizer reserves the right to limit vendor categories to avoid over-saturation.
Registration Process:
Please complete the form below to reserve your booth. Once submitted, we will process your registration and send your invoice within 48 business hours. Booth placement is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
All vendor booth sales are final. No refunds will be issued for vendor cancellations, no-shows, or inability to attend once payment has been made.
Refunds will only be issued in the rare event that the entire event is cancelled by the organizer.
Vendor cancellations result in empty booth spaces, which negatively impact the overall appearance of the show and create a less engaging experience for our bridal customers. For this reason, all vendors are strongly encouraged to ensure availability prior to submitting registration and payment.
By submitting registration and payment, vendors acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
