The Forever in Love Bridal Show connects wedding vendors with engaged couples who are actively planning and ready to book. This event is designed to create meaningful, face-to-face connections in a fun, organized, and high-energy environment.

This is our 5th and 6th show, and we consistently welcome 380-400+ attendees at each event — with guests lining up outside before the doors even open. Our shows attract engaged couples, bridal parties, and wedding decision-makers who are excited, intentional, and ready to connect with the best in the industry — aka YOU.

This fall we are bringing the magic to TWO incredible venues:

SHOW #1 — Sunday, September 13, 2026

Vendors may register for one or both shows! Vendors who register for both shows enjoy maximum brand exposure across two events — and two incredible audiences!

🎁 Swag Bag Contribution

We provide 50 VIP bags and 100 standard bags to attendees. You're welcome to contribute promotional items to either or both at no additional charge! Items must be received by Forever in Love LLC no later than one week prior to each show:

September 6th for the September 13th show
October 4th for the October 11th show

We'll reach out with drop-off/shipping details after registration.

🎉 Giveaway Participation

Giveaways happen every 30 minutes throughout the event. You can contribute an item for stage drawings or host your own giveaway right at your booth. Let us know if you'd like to participate!

Important Details:

Booth spaces are limited and secured on a first-paid basis.
Invoices will be sent via PayPal within 48 business hours and must be paid within 15 days or your space may be released.
Vendors must provide their own display materials and décor beyond what is included.
This is a curated show — we reserve the right to limit vendor categories to avoid oversaturation.
After each show, vendors will receive Eventbrite registration data for opted-in attendees within 30 days for post-event follow-up.

Cancellation Policy

All vendor booth sales are final. No refunds will be issued for vendor cancellations, no-shows, or inability to attend once payment has been made. Refunds are only issued in the rare event that the entire show is cancelled by the organizer.

Vendor cancellations leave empty booth spaces that impact the experience for our bridal guests. We strongly encourage you to confirm your availability before submitting registration and payment.
