Submitting an application does not guarantee booth placement. Your booth is not officially confirmed until your registration has been accepted and payment has been received.

Want couples to leave with something from your business?

Forever in Love offers vendors the opportunity to contribute promotional items, offers, samples or other goodies to our attendee swag bags.

For our October show, we are preparing:

50 VIP Swag Bags
100 General Attendee Swag Bags

Vendors may contribute items for:

• All 150 bags
• 100 General Admission bags
• 50 VIP bags
• Or another quantity that works for your business

Swag participation is optional.

Detailed drop-off instructions and deadlines are provided to registered vendors before the show.

GIVEAWAYS 🎉

We LOVE giveaways — and so do our attendees.

Vendors are welcome to contribute prizes or special offers to help make the Forever in Love experience even more exciting.

Giveaways are also a great opportunity to introduce attendees to your business and give them another reason to remember you after the show.

VENDOR FAQ

Do I have to be a wedding business?

Not necessarily!

While many of our vendors directly serve weddings, we also welcome businesses that are relevant to engaged couples and newlyweds.

Think beauty, wellness, travel, financial services, real estate, home services, gifts and other businesses that fit naturally into this stage of life.

Is my booth automatically reserved when I submit the form?

No. Vendor applications are reviewed before acceptance.

Your booth is officially confirmed once your registration has been accepted and payment has been received.

Can two similar businesses participate?

Potentially. Forever in Love does not guarantee category exclusivity. However, we work to create a varied vendor lineup and avoid unnecessary oversaturation of individual categories.

Are tables and chairs included?

This depends on your selected booth package and any add-ons purchased. Please review the current registration form carefully when selecting your booth.

Is electricity available?

Electricity may be available as an add-on and must be arranged in advance. Vendors requiring electricity should indicate this during registration.

Can I bring my own displays?

Absolutely! We encourage vendors to create attractive, interactive booths that represent their brands.

All displays, furniture, signage and décor must remain completely within your assigned booth footprint.

Can I sell products at the show?

Yes, when appropriate for your business and permitted by the venue and applicable requirements.

Can I put something in the swag bags?

Yes! Swag participation is optional, and registered vendors receive instructions regarding quantities, labeling and drop-off before the show.

When can vendors set up?

Specific setup and load-in instructions are sent to registered vendors before each event.

For October 11, vendors should plan for setup opportunities before the show, with exact times and instructions provided closer to the event.

Can I tear down early?

To protect the attendee experience and neighboring vendors, vendors are expected to remain set up until the show ends.

Will I receive additional event information?

YES.

Registered vendors receive final event information before the show, including setup instructions, load-in information, parking, booth assignments and other event-day details.
